Third Mod Chip announced

There is now a third mod-chip that has been announced by the creators of XenoGC. Unlike the other 2 chips it is the only one that is fully upgradable via DVD. It allows the boot of Wii backups (burnt copies), gamecube backups, multi region GC games (including burnt games).. also boots differnt NTSC region games. The chip uses four wires to connect and also has a quick solder option.

This chip looks promising but it still leaves our PAL friends out in the dark. Unfortunately there is no homebrew support again but it is a verified mod which is great. This moves the community further and further toward homebrew support and ultimately enjoying our Wii’s even more!
