Can I play NTSC-USA GameCube games on a PAL Wii?

Hello.

I have a PAL Wii 3.2E with Wiikey 1.9s

My question is simple, can I play a NTSC-USA GameCube games on my Wii? The PAL ones work fine... but I wanted to play Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean, and the only version that I can find is the NTSC-USA one.
