I found both of these sites through being bored, both of them show graphs comparing the different modchips.

The first one is pretty simple. It compares all the majors ones.

yeah Ive seen these before and I guess cyclowiz and wiinja are tied in the lead but I have heard of more problemswith cyclowiz than wiinja (dre's)

Also, The wiinja has a disable switch?!?! How would you do that? I am looking into buying a chip soon.

wiikey do play direct GB backups, can anyone tell me what games in gc which have audio problem when played in wii with wiikey?

coz so far all my gc games have no prob in audio... i just curious

I dont know for sure. If you havent had any problems dont worry about it. I havent had any problems but thats probably because i have a Cyclowiz -gloat-. Jk the one game im kind of sure is Eternal Darkness, someone told me it didnt work with the Wiikey.

I have Mario Sunshine and Eternal Darkness, they both boot with Wiikey.

I haven't tried to play them yet, although they should.

Eternal Darkness definately wont work with wiikey, not yet anyway.

Well not properly anyway you will get audio problems.

I just dl'd a PAL Eternal Darkness and im hoping it will boot in my NTSC Wii. Is there a GC game patcher?

No you don't need patch GCOS allows other region games to run, It'll ask which region you want to run the game in.

Actually Eternal Darkness sort of cuts the sound off a little after it starts.

That happened to me at the very beginning at the quote.

WiiKey supposedly fixed the audio issue in v1.2.

Wiinja and Cyclowiz definately have, not sure about open source chips, they probably have by now too.

WiiKey needs a kick in the arse, they shouldn't be able to do this to it's users.

We pay just as much as the other chips and they say they are one of the best...

I'm starting to have second thoughts.

It was never the best, it offered partial other region compatibility which wiinja deluxe and cyclowiz after update both did, and they unlike wiikey have GC audio fix, when was it the best again??
