Nintendo has unveiled the latest controller for the Wii. It gives it greater accuracy and control. The current controller has no idea if it is above your head or below your waist.. it only senses the up and down and side to side movement..
This new controller apparently gives the Wii a sense of “space”.
It will be interesting to see what homebrew and hacks come out using this new Controller add-on (which hopefully comes with a wicked game).

it is supposed to come out bundled with Wii Sports Resort. Set for release in 2009
I personally makes me think that the wiimote was rushed if they are adding stupid add-ons. I mean “motion plus” come’on, next it will be an addon for better weight calibration for the the wiiboard…
Wouldn’t it be better to release a whole new “slimmed down” Wiimote with the technology integrated too..? It looks kind of bulky to add on this piece of .. battery eater.
